  Blush Gardens & Snow offers services on an exclusive, limited-membership basis. By engaging our services, clients acknowledge availability may be restricted based on service area demand, seasonal capacity, and existing member commitments.
• Priority Consultation Clause
  All consultations are offered on a priority-request basis and are subject to availability. Submission of a consultation form does not guarantee service; clients will be contacted based on qualification, location, and service alignment.
• Service Area Limitation Clause
  Our services are currently available within designated regions of the Greater Toronto Area. Requests outside of this area will be evaluated individually and may be declined based on logistical constraints.
• Media Rights & Property Representation Clause
  Clients may be asked for permission to photograph their properties for portfolio or promotional use. No identifying personal information will be shared without explicit written consent.
• Privacy & Discretion Clause
  Blush Gardens & Snow operates with the highest level of client discretion. All personal and property information shared during the consultation or service process will remain confidential and will not be distributed to third parties.

Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

Changes

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
